Article 1 · About these terms

츄카(ㅊㅋ) (the “Service”) and its users make the following commitments when using the Service. It is operated by an individual on a nonprofit basis and charges no usage fees.

Article 2 · What the Service does

This is an online group birthday card where friends leave messages together for the birthday person to read on their birthday. Messages are hidden from one another in the waiting room and first revealed when the birthday person opens the reveal link.

Article 3 · Accounts

Logging in is required to create a party or leave a message, so you can find and edit your parties and messages later. What the Service receives at login, and what it stores, are described in the Privacy policy.

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. Processing personal information of children under 14 requires consent from a legal guardian. This individually operated nonprofit Service does not have a way to obtain and verify that consent.

The Service receives no age information from any login provider and therefore has no means of verifying your age. Instead, you confirm that you are at least 14 when you sign up. If a user is found to be under 14, the account and its contributions are deleted. See Article 4 of the Privacy policy.

Article 4 · Prohibited conduct

• Posting content that defames or harasses others
• Posting another person's personal information without consent
• Posting material that violates the law or another person's rights
• Interfering with normal operation of the Service

Such content may be removed without notice when identified. This rule exists because the Service is a place to celebrate others.

Article 5 · A delivered group card belongs to its recipient

Rights to uploaded text, photos and audio remain with the person who uploaded them. However, a group card delivered to its recipient is treated as theirs and is not deleted when its organizer or a contributor leaves. It is removed when the recipient requests deletion. See Article 6 of the Privacy policy.

The Service uses uploaded content only to provide the Service. It does not use it for advertising or sell it to outside parties.

Article 6 · The Service may be interrupted

As an individually operated service, it may undergo maintenance or stop without notice and may eventually close. Closure will be announced in advance, with instructions for downloading the remaining group cards.

Article 7 · Responsibility

The Service is provided free of charge, “as is.” We cannot guarantee that data will never be lost, so please keep separate copies of anything you want to preserve. Users are responsible for the content they upload.

Article 9 · Changes

When these terms change, the effective date and version on this page will be updated. Significant changes may require renewed consent within the Service.
